BBQ Chickpea Flatbreads with Cheese Drizzle

This smoky-sweet flatbread has everything: BBQ chickpeas, veggies, and a drizzle of tangy SmokyLicious cheese. Perfect for casual dinners or impressing your vegan-curious friends.

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup SmokyLicious + 1/2 cup vegan milk
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Mix chickpeas with BBQ sauce.
  • Spread onto flatbreads with onions and peppers.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes.
  • Heat SmokyLicious with vegan milk, drizzle over flatbreads.
