BBQ Chickpea Flatbreads with Cheese Drizzle
This smoky-sweet flatbread has everything: BBQ chickpeas, veggies, and a drizzle of tangy SmokyLicious cheese. Perfect for casual dinners or impressing your vegan-curious friends.
- 2 flatbreads or naan
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup SmokyLicious + 1/2 cup vegan milk
- Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix chickpeas with BBQ sauce.
Spread onto flatbreads with onions and peppers.
Bake for 10–12 minutes.
Heat SmokyLicious with vegan milk, drizzle over flatbreads.
