Cheesy Vegan Stuffed Shells

Cauliflower Bites
- 12 jumbo pasta shells, cooked
- 1 cup vegan ricotta or tofu
- 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup MozzaLicious
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder
- Extra MozzaLicious to top
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Mix ricotta, spinach, MozzaLicious, and seasoning.
Stuff each shell and place in a baking dish with marinara.
Sprinkle with more MozzaLicious.
Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbling. Serve hot.
