Cheesy Vegan Stuffed Shells

These stuffed shells are a cheesy miracle — rich, creamy, and bubbling with MozzaLicious magic. You won’t believe it’s vegan. Or that you made them in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Cauliflower Bites

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells, cooked
  • 1 cup vegan ricotta or tofu
  • 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup MozzaLicious
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder
  • Extra MozzaLicious to top

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix ricotta, spinach, MozzaLicious, and seasoning.
  • Stuff each shell and place in a baking dish with marinara.
  • Sprinkle with more MozzaLicious.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbling. Serve hot.
