Jackfruit Taquitos with Smoky Cream Sauce

Crispy. Creamy. Totally craveable. These jackfruit taquitos are pan-fried and dunked in a smoky cheese sauce you’ll want to drizzle over everything.

Ingredients

  • 1 can jackfruit, shredded and drained
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 6 small tortillas
  • 1/2 cup SmokyLicious + 1/2 cup vegan milk
  • 1 tbsp oil for frying

Instructions

  • Cook jackfruit with spices in a skillet until golden.
  • Roll jackfruit in tortillas and secure with toothpicks.
  • Fry in oil until crispy on all sides.
  • Heat SmokyLicious with vegan milk.
  • Drizzle over taquitos or serve as a dipping sauce.
