Noochy French Toast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf crusty bread, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vegan milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup NoochyLicious
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Grease a baking dish. Add bread cubes.
  • Whisk milk, cream, syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and 1/4 cup NoochyLicious.
  • Pour over bread. Press down. Sprinkle rest of NoochyLicious on top.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40–45 mins until golden and set.
