Thirty-seven, one to a page. Nine of them are shown on this page with the prep and cook times exactly as the book prints them, so you can see what you’re getting before you buy.
Thirty-three of the thirty-seven recipes call for nutritional yeast. The book asks for plain nutritional yeast rather than a named flavor, so Noochy Licious is the straight swap. The other four recipes don’t use it at all.
Prep time and cook time are printed at the top of each recipe, so there are no surprises. Twenty of the thirty-seven cook in thirty minutes or less. The longest cook in the book is seventy-five minutes.
Yes — every recipe is 100% plant-based. Where one calls for cheese, milk or mayonnaise it means the vegan version. If you have a specific allergy, read the ingredient list on the recipe before you cook.
