Hi! I'm Eddy and I'm the founder of Noochy Licious
I founded Noochy Licious in 2018 from a small kitchen in London, England to solve my own problem.
See, I'd started becoming aware that dairy products were giving me a tummy ache. Then through various documentaries like what the health, the game changers and cowspiracy I realised a tummy ache was the least of my worries.
Dairy products were probably going to cause me significant health issues down the line, they were terrible for the environment and there were serious ethical concerns.
That's when I went on the hunt for vegan cheese. What I found as uninspiring to say the least, plasticky terrible tasting options packed with additives. I thought vegan food was meant to be healthier?
That's when a friend mentioned nutritional yeast and how she used it to make incredible mac n cheese without dairy products. The issue was, the only nutritional yeast I could find on the market at the time was packed with additives and flavour wise definitely had room for improvement.
I wanted a product that was all natural, contained no additives and tasted incredible. I couldn't find it. So Noochy Licious was born.
Through a unique blending, toasting and tasting process involving a team of professional chefs, we created a product that our customers love with NO added artificial flavourings.
At Noochy Licious we believe trying to eat more plants and less animal products is one of the best things we can do for the planet, for animal welfare and most importantly for our health!
Through our collaboration, partnerships and awareness efforts I want to spread this message as far and wide as possible.
Importantly, we NEVER want to compromise on taste, that's why every recipe and new flavour we create with Noochy Licious is carefully tested to ensure maximum flavour.
