I have been looking for a brand of nutritional yeast that I actually enjoyed having! All the brands that I have tried resulted in an upset stomach… but not Gloriously Vegans!! Noochy is fabulous to use on every recipe. I love the Comfort Food cookbook, and have tried many of the recipes (many times). Some of my faves are: the minestrone soup, chili, bolognese, vegan fettuccini, broccoli cheesy casserole, tofu stuffed mushrooms, artichoke lasagne, and more. I’ve used Noochy Licious for months now, and am so glad I found it. It’s the best-tasting nutritional yeast I’ve ever tried, and the recipes for using it are great – not too simple, not too complex, and delicious. You can create healthy comfort food (use plenty of vegetables.) I’m vegetarian, so it helps with protein, but non-vegetarian friends now swear by it. Hooray for Noochy Licious!

I had never heard of nutritional yeast when I stumbled on Noochy Licious. The video food looked amazing. As someone who is food conscious, I was intrigued and so ordered a bag. When it arrived, I had no idea what to do with it and as happens, the bag got shoved to the back of my thoughts and cupboard. Fast forward to a month ago, I found a recipe calling for nutritional yeast and I remembered I had some. Dug it out and BOOM! I’m hooked. I’ve used it weekly since.
