  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 cup salsa (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/2 cup NachoLicious + 1/2 cup vegan milk
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Sauté onion with cumin. Add black beans and half the salsa. Cook 5 minutes.
  • Soften tortillas, fill with bean mixture, and roll into a baking dish.
